t depends on the courier in each location but we will do our best to reach out to them if you email us at support@ariliapet.com with your new address. Please note that the change of address can delay the delivery by up to two weeks.

Yes. But please send the information that needs to be modified within 12 hours to support@ariliapet.com . No modifications can be made beyond the allotted time.

If you no longer want it, please cancel the order as soon as possible. Our designer will start designing renderings in 12 hours, and we will not be able to provide cancellation services for your order at that time.
